Your Paxum username is the email you used to register the account, and the email you use to login to your account. We recommend you keep your username as private as possible to protect your account security.
Ideally send an email from an email address already confirmed to your Paxum account. Our support staff will respond to you with some security questions and you may be asked to provide documentation to prove account ownership.
Our support staff will do their best to assist you while ensuring your account is protected from unauthorized access.
If you're having difficulties we recommend you clear your browser cookies/cache, close the browser and launch a new session, or try a different browser.
If you have previously set up Access by IP on your Paxum account make sure your IP has not changed! Access by IP will restrict access to ONLY the IPs you specify which is why it is not recommended for Dynamic IP addresses.
