Paxum offers a secure payment platform governed by certain rules and regulations. One of the requirements to legally operate our business is to ensure complete transparency of KYC (know your customer) and to verify the identity of every single customer, personal or business account-holder alike.
Your information is secure, private and confidential. Paxum never shares your personal information.
Simply add the Address to your Paxum account profile and then upload a document to verify the address you entered. The document must exactly match the address as entered. You must submit one of the following documents (issued in the last 3 months):
Utility bill (cable bill, electricity bill, water bill, internet bill, garbage bill)
If you don't have any bank/credit card statements or utility bills in your own name then you may use a bill issued under another person's name ONLY if there is a connection such as spouse, father, or close relative, and that evidence of the relationship is provided (ie: birth certification; marriage certificate).
After an account is verified the account type cannot be changed.
If you accidentally signed up for the wrong account type and your account is not yet verified please open a support ticket inside your Paxum account to request an account type change (personal to business or vice versa) and our support staff will be happy to assist you.
